I accidentally ordered the wrong size release and thought it was going to be a hassle to exchange. But the return info was really easy to follow, and you just send it back without a bunch of drama. They got the new one shipped out quickly and kept me updated along the way. Nothing over the top, just handled the way you hope it would be. I really appreciated it and would definitely buy from Lancaster Archery again

I’ve stopped by a few times now, usually after work when I’m already tired and just trying to get errands done, and they’ve always had the item in stock. Sounds simple, but it’s nice not having to drive to three different places. Last time I even grabbed a coffee on the way there and was in and out in like 10 minutes.

I ordered some custom arrows from lancasterarchery.com, and they showed up cut and built exactly the way I requested. The fletching looked clean, everything was packed well, and they shoot great. Overall, I’m really happy with the order. I just wish the instructions or ordering details were a little clearer up front, especially for making sure all the custom options are entered correctly

The staff helped me a lot, and I really appreciated it. It’s always good to see people actually doing their job with kindness and care instead of just brushing customers off

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them credit for that. The packaging was kind of disappointing though. The box was crushed a bit on one side, and when I opened it up, the items had definitely been shifting around inside. Luckily nothing was broken, which was a relief because archery gear isn’t exactly something you want bouncing around like snacks in a grocery bag. Funny enough, I had just reorganized my garage that morning to make room for it, which somehow took way longer than expected because I found an old fishing reel I forgot I owned. Anyway, the order itself ended up being fine, but I expected a little more care with packing. Not a disaster, but not amazing either.

The specs were exactly what I received, so no surprises there. Straightforward and it matched the listing.

I had Lancaster Archery set up and tune my bow, and it made a noticeable difference. The paper tune came out clean, and my arrows are flying much straighter now with way tighter consistency than before. They clearly know what they’re doing, especially with the little setup details. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took a bit longer than I was hoping, but the end result was definitely worth it.

That said, I don’t think all of their prices are the greatest. Some stuff seems fair, but once shipping gets added, a few items feel a little overpriced. I get that businesses need to make money, but I also think customers deserve fair pricing. I’d still buy from them if I wanted a reliable archery shop, but I’d definitely compare prices elsewhere before checking out.

I ordered a few archery parts from lancasterarchery.com and was surprised by how fast they showed up. I expected it to take most of the week, but the package got here in just a couple days, which was great. Everything was packed fine and the tracking worked without any issues. I still had a little bit of that usual online-order worry until it arrived, but overall I’m happy with how quickly they got it out.

I ordered around 3 or 4 archery items because the site had them listed as in stock, but one of them turned out to not actually be available. They did contact me and refunded it quickly, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just kind of annoying when you’re planning around getting everything in one order.

I’m usually the first person to complain about shipping costs, and I complain a lot when packages take forever, but this one was totally fine. The shipping wasn’t crazy expensive, which I appreciated because overpriced shipping is always annoying. Customer service was kinda slow getting back to me, not gonna lie. I had to wait a while, but they did eventually answer my question and got it sorted out, so I guess it worked out in the end

Got everything I ordered, and it all came exactly how it should. No missing pieces, no wrong sizes, nothing weird. The whole thing was easy and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

The backorder updates were decent, so I at least knew what was going on. But this is where it got annoying: the shipping ended up taking quite a while, and it felt like I was waiting longer than expected. Overall, communication was okay, but the delivery time could definitely be better.

I had a good experience shopping with Lancaster Archery. I was looking for some bow parts and arrows, and they definitely had more options than a lot of other places I checked. The website can feel a bit overwhelming at first since there’s so much to look through, but once I figured out where to go, it was fine. Overall, solid selection and I’d shop there again.
